EMCOR Construction Services Midwest provided upgraded HVAC and piping systems, windows, roof restoration, and updated direct digital control (DDC) systems across three schools. The upgrades will help the school district significantly improve energy efficiency, with overall projected savings totaling $2,815,864.

As part of a two-phase renovation project aimed at improving efficiency, Union Township School Corporation wanted to make a number of HVAC and infrastructure improvements at a high school, middle school, and elementary school in their district.
