With our efficiency measures and energy saving designs, BCSC is projected to realize over $288,000 in annual energy savings.
Client Objectives
In an effort to significantly improve energy conservation, BCSC set out to make a number of mechanical renovations throughout their school district. They wanted to upgrade controls, make boiler modifications, add demand control ventilation, and in general optimize the performance of their HVAC systems.
Solutions
Our scope of work included:
- District-wide cyber station upgrade
- Installation of heat recovery chiller and pony boilers
- Addition of peak demand load sheds
- Addition of air handling unit variable frequency drives
- Review of all existing flow valves
- Replacement of existing C02 censors
- Functional performance testing of all existing HVAC systems
- Modifications and retrofits for blower coil unit
