Eight years into the contract, annual savings were averaging $42,015—even with the addition of air conditioning—for a total of $336,119 in energy savings.
Our services provided the school with new cooling capacity; improved building comfort and HVAC system reliability; and lower operating costs—while delivering ongoing economies, efficiencies, and investment returns.

Solutions
After our preliminary assessment, we self-performed all services including:
- Conversion of multi-zone rooftop electric heating units to gas-fired four-season multizone units with cooling capacity
- Installation of a new energy management system to help optimize building performance and reduce energy costs
