After fully assessing Allen County Schools’ potential return on strategic energy investments, we performed our work under a guaranteed energy savings contract which guaranteed our client would achieve energy and operational savings that would pay for the project within 10 years.
In the first six years, they achieved an average of more than $320,000 in annual energy savings.
Our solutions also helped to improve building comfort and increase our client’s ability to monitor and control energy usage. This equates to a reduction in energy consumption, lower operating costs, and ongoing energy-efficiency and investment returns.
