Value Delivered
EMCOR Construction Services Midwest provided major electrical, HVAC, and lighting system overhaul for three of Cloverdale Community School Corporation’s schools. After conducting preliminary feasibility studies, we guaranteed that over 10 years they would achieve average energy savings of at least $56,488 per year.
Two years into the project, the upgrades had already saved an average of $84,467 per year.
Additionally, our solutions increased the reliability of their electrical systems, enabling more precise and flexible HVAC control, and providing more energy-efficient lighting.
These upgrades help to improve building comfort and lower energy consumption and operating costs—while delivering ongoing economies, efficiencies, and investment returns.
