The upgrades will help significantly increase the energy efficiency and decrease maintenance and repair costs for the school district. Over the course of 15 years, the project is projected to generate $22,371,308 in savings.

The school district wanted to do a massive upgrade of their elementary school and junior/senior high school buildings. They required a contractor with the capabilities to perform work across multiple trades and the foresight to plan the multi-year, multi-phase project.
