EMCOR Construction Services Midwest provided energy-efficient HVAC and lighting solutions that helped Adams Central Community Schools improve building comfort, reduce energy loss, increase energy efficiency, and lower operating costs.
Based on our assessment that identified solutions designed to provide increasingly precise energy-savings estimates, we self-performed this project under a guaranteed energy savings contract. Our work helped ensure energy savings of $58,298 per year for 10 years—while delivering ongoing economies, efficiencies, and investment returns.
