EMCOR Construction Services Midwest provided building envelope, lighting, and HVAC upgrades to Albion and Wolf Lake Elementary Schools.
The highlight of our work was the conversion of old electric and fuel boilers to a new state-of-the-art geothermal system that will help significantly improve energy efficiency. The project is projected to generate $36,024 of annual savings, for a total savings of $540,360 over a 15-year period.

This client wanted to make a number of mechanical, electrical, and infrastructure improvements at schools across their district in an effort to lower energy costs and save money.
