Value Delivered
EMCOR Construction Services Midwest provided HVAC remodeling and upgrade services to nine buildings at this major Indiana school district.
Under our Guaranteed Savings Contract, the project is projected to help the school district significantly reduce its energy costs through efficiency improvements, ultimately exceeding the entire price of the upgrades.
Highlights of the efficiency improvements included a new, state-of-the-art chiller installation, decoupled digital control drives for an existing boiler, and cutting-edge variable frequency drives (VFDs). Additionally, we also performed a complete recommissioning analysis to help identify deficiencies in equipment and sequences of operation for further improvement.
