Our extensive study equipped us to recommend a complete system redesign and replacement that would be fully self-funding, paying for itself over a 10-year term. Performing all the work under a guaranteed energy savings contract assured our client that their projected savings would be achieved.
All work was performed while school was out of session, with no disruption to any ongoing school activities.

- Analysis of utility usage, cash flow requirements, and past operational expenses for the building
- Replacement of the steam heating system with a modern hot water/chilled water mechanical system as well as a new piping distribution system
- Installation of a direct digital control system
- Installation of more energy-efficient lighting
