EMCOR Construction Services Midwest provided a range mechanical and demolition services to help expand Garrett High School. 

Our work will help the new, expanded high school facility significantly improve efficiency over the old building. The project is projected to generate annual savings of $95,303 for eight years, totaling $762,424.

The school district wanted to replace their old high school building, which was originally constructed in the 1920s, with a new modern education facility. 

Solutions

We provided a state-of-the-art central HVAC plant for the new high school building, featuring an industry-leading temperature controls system. Additionally, we demolished the old, existing building.

Garret High School is part of the Garrett-Keyser-Butler Community School District, which serves 1,745 students across three townships. They have been a long-term customer of ours and worked with us on multiple projects.
