As Senior Vice President and Division Manager, Cale is responsible for the entire Havel Division, including ECS Midwest, EMCOR Services Shambaugh and Precision Controls of Indianapolis. Business management, including strategic planning, business development, sales, estimating, engineering and construction, and service operations are under Cale’s leadership. He anticipates future needs of the business and finds effective solutions to meet them.

This means identifying new technology directions and maintaining strong, positive alliances with high technology and equipment manufacturers. Ultimately, his goal is to provide customers with the innovative design-build and engineering solutions, disciplined and attentive project management, and responsive service they need to meet today’s complex facilities and business challenges.

Expertise

Cale brings over 20 years of experience in the PHVAC, controls and electrical design, and construction and service industry to the job. He is a registered professional engineer with 10-hour OSHA “Competent Training Construction Course” certification. He received his master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Purdue University and his DBIA certification in 2008.

Cale is also a member of the American Society for Heating, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineers (ASHRAE).
