The Garrett-Keyser-Butler Community School District needed a new central HVAC plant built for an addition to the high school, new temperature controls added to the central plant, and demolition of the existing high school, which was built in the 1920s.
Through the work of ECS Midwest, the school district will receive a projected annual savings of $95,303.00 for eight years, totaling $762,424.00.

The Garrett-Keyser-Butler Community School District is located in Garrett, Indiana, and serves 1,745 students. The district is comprised of three townships with a population of 14,698 residents.
